A paradisiacal simulation and management game .

Derek Hales works extra hours at his Metropolitan office and is already fed up. His eye catches an envelope at the Inbox folder. There’s a post stamp with a palm tree on it. He opens it. The letter says:

“You’re the sole heir/heiress of “Carpe Diem Boats”, a boating company that your uncle has left you in the tropical complex of Jo Jo islands”

He thinks about it for only a sec. A new life awaits him. He decides to take the plunge. He calls his girlfriend, Michelle Joyce, on the phone and asks her to pack their suitcases.

The next morning finds them both in the Jo Jo islands, in a swell sunrise setting, holding bags and watching the hydroplane leave. Finally, life is good. Or so it seems. Then, they spot a humble water taxi at the pier. The sign in front of it says: “Carpe Diem Boats”. This is what the uncle has left them! They laugh. It will be harder than they thought… But then again, this new life looks so promising. And the new life’s goal is clear again: to become the area’s main tycoon!

The game offers emergent gameplay; by allowing you to deal with tourists and buy/sell properties in ports, it gives you the chance to not only interact with the game world, but to alter and influence it as well.

Unlockables: select among 6 boat types (taxi boat, sailboats, speedboats or yachts) that are unlocked as the game progresses, each one with its own strengths and weaknesses.

Realistic docking simulation based on physics is a technique that must be mastered in the game.

Realistic weather conditions and 24hr time of day zone.

Bonus missions: To enhance gameplay experience, bonus missions include seeking of
treasures underwater, rescuing swimmers, pirate attacks, photo safaris, boat chases etc. There are 5-6 in-game missions with increased variety that the player must complete successfully to gain the maximum amount of money.
